1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Eagle you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Subscription rules

Certain features (including Find Leads) require an active paid subscription. Free previews of Find Services are limited in scope.

4. Billing through Stripe

All subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

6. Acceptable use

  • Use Eagle only for lawful business purposes.
  • Do not use search results to harass, defraud, or spam any business.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

7. Abuse prevention & no scraping

Automated scraping, bulk export, reverse engineering, credential sharing, and multi-account abuse are prohibited. We reserve the right to rate-limit, throttle, or suspend accounts that abuse the service.

8. Intellectual property

Eagle, the Eagle name and logo, and all associated software are owned by us. Business data returned via the Google Places API is subject to Google's terms and remains the property of its respective owners.

9. Limitation of liability

Eagle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eagle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Eagle operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
