Billing & Cancellation Policy

Subscription billing

Eagle subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose).

Renewal schedule

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. There are no cancellation fees.

Access continues until the billing period ends

After canceling, you retain full access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Your account is then downgraded automatically.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry according to its standard retry schedule. If the payment cannot be collected, paid features will be paused until the payment succeeds.

Payment processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. Eagle only supports card and Apple Pay through Stripe. Eagle does not store full card numbers.

Taxes

Where applicable, taxes are calculated by Stripe based on your billing information and added to the total charge.
